Eligibility Criteria
- Mining Sirdar: Matriculate or equivalent. Must hold a valid Mining Sirdarship Certificate of Competency (Un-Restricted) from DGMS, a valid Gas Testing Certificate, and a valid First Aid Certificate
. Alternatively, a Diploma or Degree in Mining Engineering with relevant competency certificates is accepted. - Dy. Surveyor: Matriculate or equivalent. Must hold a Surveyors’ Certificate of Competency (SCC) (Un-Restricted) granted under CMR 2017 or a Degree/Diploma in Mining/Mine Surveying.
- Assistant Foreman (Electrical): Matriculate or equivalent. Must have a Diploma or higher qualification (minimum 3 years course) in Electrical Engineering from a Government-recognized institute.
Age Limit (as on 08/04/2026)
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 30 years for UR/EWS
- Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and up to 15 years for PwBD (Assistant Foreman only). Departmental candidates have no upper age limit.
Salary
All three posts carry a Basic Pay of Rs. 47,330.25 per month. In addition to basic pay, employees are entitled to allowances such as DA, HRA, attendance bonus, special allowance, and transport subsidy as per NCWA provisions.
